Sammy and Yvonne Millar

Senior Pastor

Sammy and Yvonne were married in June 2019. Sammy Millar is from Ballymena, Northern Ireland and Yvonne is from Switzerland. Sammy has been an Elim pastor for over 35 years. 8 of which were spent working in Teen Challenge helping men break free from life controlling addictions.

Yvonne has spent all of her working life in Switzerland, mostly based in Zurich. Having a very responsible position in administration. Her native language is Swiss German. In the past Yvonne has also owned her own cosmetic and beauty salon. Both, Sammy and Yvonne have known times of trials in their lives which has given them great empathy and love for those they are called to serve.

Pastor Sammy is the senior leader of the church, Choice, Revive Café and the Community Hub that meets in Revive Elim Church.

Yvonne works full time and as well as supporting Sammy in all he does she has overall responsibility for HR and Administration of Revive Elim Church.

Lucy Logan

Minister in Training

Lucy is married to Gaz and they have a son called Josh. Lucy joined the Revive leadership team in September 2023 where she will continue her training to become an Elim Church minister. Lucy’s main area of responsibility will be to develop the children’s ministry of Revive.

Gemma Tregenza-Parker

Finance Officer

Gemma is married to Dean and she has two children. She began to work for Revive in August 2020. Gemma has the responsibility for all of the finances of Revive including the church and Choice which means she is employed full time.

Ben Trerise

Senior Manager of Choice

Ben began working for Choice Day Care in 2013. He is now the Senior Manager of Choice overseeing 20+ staff members and about 70 guys with learning difficulties. Choice is based at Revive Camborne and Revive Redruth.

Karen Nicholls:

Manager of Choice

Karen began working for Choice in 2014. She became a Manager at the end of 2022. Karen is mostly based in the Camborne centre of Choice.

David Mathieson

Worship Leader

David is married to Elizabeth, and they have three adult children.  David and Elizabeth met in Reading, which is where they both became Christians, while training to be music teachers.  David plays keyboard, bass and drums and is keen to include a wide variety of Christian music during worship services.  He has been part of Revive Church since November 2022.

Lucy Logan

Safeguarding Officer

Lucy is married to Gaz and they have a son called Josh. Lucy joined the Revive leadership team in September 2023 where she will continue her training to become an Elim Church minister. Lucy’s main area of responsibility will be to develop the children’s ministry of Revive.

Marion Wilson

Welcome Team Leader

Marion is a widow and a mother to 2 sons, 3 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.

She loves God with all her heart and cares deeply for people in need.. Marion also cooks beautiful cakes.

As a church we are delighted that Marion is the first person visitors meet when visiting Revive.

Faith Russell

Evangelism Team Leader

Faith is a single lady who is a retired science teacher. She has a great love for God and for people. Faith usually spends at least one day a week in Camborne town centre sharing words of hope and good news.She also has a heart for sharing the gospel with the younger generation.

Natalie Veal Aylen

Camborne Connect Group Leader

Natalie is a mother of two children and has a dog called Copper. She enjoys walking Copper in the local countryside and beaches. Natalie loves exploring God’s word ,especially in a small group setting with church friends.

Kieren McAuley

Community Outreach Worker

 

Kieren is from Belfast and enjoys sports  including playing football, table tennis and pool.

Kieren has been saved from a life of drug addiction and crime by the love and grace of God shown by Jesus’ death on the cross.

Kieran has a heart for people that are lost in addiction as he once was. He has worked with vulnerable adults in rehab and on the streets of places like Manchester.

Kieren is employed by Revive Church to reach out to the street community of Camborne through the Bubble. He is also a great support to the busy community hub that meets in Revive on a day to day basis.
