Are you passionate about supporting people to live fulfilling, independent lives? CHOICE Cornwall is looking for caring, reliable, and motivated Support Workers to join our friendly and dedicated team, serving our day care centre for adults with educational needs.
This is a flexible part-time role, ideal for people looking for work that fits around other commitments, with opportunities for additional hours during peak periods such as holidays and seasonal demand.
About the Role
As a Support Worker, you will provide person-centred support to individuals, helping them to build confidence, maintain independence, and achieve their personal goals. Every day is different, and you will play an important role in making a positive difference in people’s lives.
Support may include:
- Assisting with daily living skills
- Encouraging independence and choice
- Supporting access to the community and activities
- Providing emotional support and companionship
- Promoting dignity, respect, and wellbeing
- Supporting individuals in a safe and person-centred manner

- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Experience in care or support work is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided. However, successful applicants must be willing to complete the Care Certificate during their probationary period.
