Sammy Millar

Senior Pastor

Sammy Millar

Sammy is from Ballymena, Northern Ireland and is married to Yvonne. Sammy has been an Elim pastor for over 35 years. He has pastored churches in Bradford, Sheffield and Dowlais in Merthyr Tydfil. Sammy also spent 8 years working in Teen Challenge helping men break free from life controlling addictions. Both, Sammy and Yvonne have known times of trials in their lives which has given them great empathy and love for those they are called to serve. Sammy is the senior leader of Revive Camborne which consists of the Church, Choice Day Care Centre, Revive Café and the Community Hub.

Yvonne Millar

HR Manager & Church Administrator

Yvonne Millar

Yvonne works full time at Revive Camborne and has responsibility for HR matters concerning 35+ staff members employed by Choice, Revive Café and the church. Alongside her HR work, Yvonne is also Revive’s Administrator and supports Sammy in the pastoral ministry.

Gemma Tregenza-Parker

Finance Officer

Gemma Tregenza-Parker

Gemma is married to Dean and she has two children. She began to work for Revive in August 2020. Gemma has the responsibility for all of the finances of Revive including the church and Choice which means she is employed full time.

Jonathan Hall

Youth and Family Worker

Jonathan Hall

Jonathan is married to Candy, who is from Hong Kong and speaks Cantonese. They have three children: Tiffany, Benedict and Ariella. Jonathan has spent most his working life with young people, working in Schools and Churches in the UK and abroad. He is excited to see what God is going to do in and through the lives of the children and young people, (and the rest of Revive Church as well!) Jonathan's hobbies include playing the piano, singing, fitness training and gardening. Jonathan is also our safeguarding officer. Click here for our Safeguarding Policy

David Mathieson

Worship Team Leader

David Mathieson

David is married to Elizabeth, and they have three adult children. David and Elizabeth met in Reading, which is where they both became Christians, while training to be music teachers. David plays keyboard, bass and drums and is keen to include a wide variety of Christian music during worship services. He has been part of Revive Church since November 2022.

Mark Grove

Mark Grove

Mark is a Father and is married to Mandy. He is a worship leader and singer songwriter and also a professional plasterer. Mark is a real Barnabas as he seeks to encourage all he meets.

Marion & Michael Savage

Pastoral Workers

Marion & Michael Savage

Marion and Michael met at Revive Café when she invited him to attend church on Sundays. Michael accepted the invitation to attend and shortly after made a firm commitment to surrender his life to Christ and displayed this by being baptised in water. In 2025 Marion and Michael tied the knot in marriage. Now together they serve in welcoming people to church services and pastorally caring for the housebound and Revive Café customers.

Faith Russell

Faith Russell

Faith is a single lady who is a retired science teacher. She has a great love for God and for people. Faith usually spends at least one day a week in Camborne town centre sharing words of hope and good news.She also has a heart for sharing the gospel with the younger generation.

Natalie Veal Aylen

Camborne Connect Group Leader

Mark Grove

Natalie is a mother of two children and has a dog called Copper. She enjoys walking Copper in the local countryside and beaches. Natalie loves exploring God's word ,especially in a small group setting with church friends.

Kieren McAuley

Community Outreach Worker

Marion & Michael

Kieren is from Belfast and enjoys sports including playing football, table tennis and pool. Kieren has been saved from a life of drug addiction and crime by the love and grace of God shown by Jesus’ death on the cross. Kieran has a heart for people that are lost in addiction as he once was. He has worked with vulnerable adults in rehab and on the streets of places like Manchester. Kieren is employed by Revive Church to reach out to the street community of Camborne through the Bubble. He is also a great support to the busy community hub that meets in Revive on a day to day basis.

Ben Trerise

Senior Manager of Choice

Ben Trerise

Ben began working for Choice Day Care in 2013. He is now the Senior Manager of Choice overseeing 20+ staff members and about 70 guys with learning difficulties. Choice is based at Revive Camborne and Revive Redruth.

Karen Nicholls

Manager of Choice

Karen Nicholls

Karen began working for Choice in 2014. She became a Manager at the end of 2022. Karen is mostly based in the Camborne centre of Choice.
